STFI is a non-profit organization, affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). Founded in 1984 by Grand Master Clint Norman (9th Degree Black Belt), STFI has expanded around the province with clubs in Regina, Saskatoon, Balgonie, Prince Albert, Humboldt, Delisle and Watson.
