STFI is a non-profit organization, affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). Founded in 1984 by Master Clint Norman (8th Degree Black Belt), STFI has expanded around the province with clubs in Regina, Saskatoon, Balgonie, Prince Albert, Humboldt, Annaheim, Quill Lake and Watson.
